Blade length is 7 1/4h (18.5cm). The handle length is 5 1/4h(13.5cm) The total length of the knife is 12 3/4h(32.5cm) The knife weight is 4.8oz.

This knife is a good size for a small job to medium peel or curving or work into various fancy shapes vegetables and fruits, such as potato, Araimo, chestnut, and radish, etc. It is for a right handed knife. Handle: Magnolia with a Water Buffalo horn. The knife sac is also made of Magnolia. It is used Shiro ko (White steel) . Kasumi style blade which is harder steel on the blade edge,and the entire flat back side, and softer blade on the front bevel side. Those different steels combinations make easier to sharpen knife, and make the knife stronger, and make it easier on the processes of knife making. Especially, it benefits to make a possible to putting on hard steel on the edge. This knife is brand new knife with paper case and wooden sac with a stopper.
