TESSHU Chinese Cleaver NO.6 Thin Blade 220mm SK-5 Carbon Steel Blade Knife
It is made by Goko Hamono Co. which is located on Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture in Japan. Their knife making skill were learned from Hisamoto which were Edo style high-end cooking knife maker.
The blade is made of SK-5 carbon tool steel that is very common steel as tool steel and cutlery steel.

Soft iron is outer side of the steel on the both side. It is called Warikomi style blade. Normally, Chinese cleaver has three different thickness types of blades such as thickest blade, and midium thick blade, and thin blade. This cleaver is thin blade (NO.6).
